The RAILBLAZA Pontoon Boat RailMount turns a 28–32 mm rail into a secure StarPort mounting point without drilling a single hole. Add the Birdboss RAILBLAZA StarPort Adaptor Base (BRAB) and Birdboss can be fitted to your pontoon boat railing while you’re away, then removed in seconds when you’re back on board.

How It Connects to Birdboss
This mount has a built-in RAILBLAZA StarPort socket. Fit the Birdboss RAILBLAZA StarPort Adaptor Base (BRAB) to your Birdboss, insert it into the StarPort and turn it until the locking slide clicks into place. To remove Birdboss, release the slide, turn and lift out – the mount stays in position, ready for next time.

Compatibility
Accepts the Birdboss BRAB and any RAILBLAZA StarPort accessory. Rubber inserts help prevent the mount slipping on the rail.
Installation
Fit the rubber inserts, place the mount around the rail and screw the two halves together with the supplied stainless-steel hardware. The mount can be moved to a new position at any time.
Installation and Safety Notes
- Measure your rail before ordering – this mount suits 28 to 32 mm rails. For other sizes see the other RailMount options.
- Tighten the screws evenly and do not overtighten.
- Remove Birdboss when the boat is under way and in extreme winds (over 40 knots).
- Position Birdboss so the arms can rotate freely, clear of rigging, antennas, canopies and people.
- Adjust the Birdboss arms evenly so the unit stays balanced.
- Check the mount, StarPort lock and Birdboss fittings regularly, especially after rough weather.
- Rinse the mount and BRAB with fresh water after exposure to salt spray.
