We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Faults in materials or workmanship
What is Not Covered
- Incorrect installation or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by external factors (weather, impact, etc.)
- Modifications or alterations to the product
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a claim, please contact us with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the fault
Assessment & Resolution
Once we receive your claim, we will assess the issue and determine the appropriate outcome, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Important Notes
Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period. BirdBoss reserves the right to assess all claims to determine eligibility.
