We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Returns Process

  • Return shipping may be required unless the item is faulty

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation
